Design Development

As the conceptual design is selected, we step into the Design Development phase, where we continue with the selected design to refine elements, review material selections and develop more comprehensive plans and elevations. This phase also gives us a great chance to consult with contractors for budgetary pricing, begin to coordinate with any additional consultants (landscape architect, interior designer, engineers, surveyors, etc.) and begin an open dialog with the local municipality if required for any zoning related matters on the project.
